REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At SYCAGO, client satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital services, the following refund policy applies:

  • Once a project has been initiated, payments are non-refundable.

  • If a payment is made and the project has not started, a refund may be considered after review.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

No refunds will be provided for completed or partially completed services.
